Godiva Chocolate Martini
- 3/4 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
- 3/4 oz creme de cacao
- 1/4 oz vodka (this is probably why I don't taste the bite I want to taste)
- 1 1/4 oz half & half

Yummmm, for the chocolate martini. I make mine with just chocolate vodka and clear creme de cacao.

Anyway, I also use the whipped vodka flavor if I can't find chocolate and I usually use the Pinnacle brand. There are lots of brands out there now with flavors. You can experiment as to how you like it as to how much liquor of each to use. This drink does not make me think it should have martini in it's name. It is more like an alexander. Which I like, too. Martini's remind me that they are all liquor.Replies
Hi Marianne! Yes I completely agree with you, I do not think the word martini should be in the name of this cocktail either. I should at least be able to taste some alcohol in it for it to be considered a martini.
